Hands on experience on In-vitro Studies, E&L, Solid State characterisation, Impurity characterisation, sameness study. 3. Good understanding and hands on experience of analytical instruments like HPLC, LC-MS/MS, CD, SEC, GPC and lon Chromatography. 4. Perform maintenance and calibration of lab instruments/equipment. 5. Well versed with USP/EP/BP/JP and various current regulatory guidelines (ICH/EMEA/FDA) FnD Support: 1. HPLC/GC method development for OSD products having exposure to regulated, Semi Regulated & India markets 2. NI/GI & NDSRI’ with LCMS/GCMS expertise, Solid state characterization, Microbiology AVD: 1. Method feasibility/verification/validation/Equivalency of API and Oral Solid products 2. Comparative evaluation of methods with alternative vendor methods versus existing primary vendor and regulatory impact analysis 3. Comparative dissolution, multimedia dissolution and statistical analysis and report preparation 4. Good understanding and hands on experience of analytical instruments like HPLC, IC, GC etc. 5. Perform maintenance and calibration of lab instruments/equipment. 6. Well versed with USP/EP/BP/JP and various current regulatory guidelines (ICH/EMEA/FDA) |
