🧿 Position : Instrument Engineer ◾ Post Code : 39/01/O ◾Age Criteria : Not more than 31 years as on the date of advertisement ◾Qualification : 1. Full time B. E./B.Tech. (Instrumentation and Control/Electronics & Instrumentation) course from a reputed and recognized institute with minimum 60% aggregate in final declared result. 2. In case of B. E./B.Tech. in Electronics / Electronics & Communication, the core / main subjects should be of Instrumentation. 3. All courses must be full-time and from recognized university. Distance course and part time course will not be considered. ◾Experience : Minimum 02 Years of relevant Post-Qualification experience preferably in fertiliser / Chemical plant. Apprenticeship / Training period will be excluded ◾Skills : Manpower Management Technical acumen; Problem-solving; Analytical; Excellent written and oral communication; Cost consciousness; Teamwork ◾Job Location : Current location is Vadodara Unit; however, recruit may be placed at any other department/unit / depot of the company. |
🧿 Position : Zonal Manager (Agri Business) / Regional Manager (Agri Business) Post Code : 39/02/O Age Criteria : More than 40 years as on the date of advertisement Maximum Age limit 55 Years. ◾Qualification : ▪️Required Full-time BSc (Agriculture) from a reputed institute with minimum 60% aggregate in final declared result. ▪️Preferable: 1. Full-time MBA (Marketing) / PGDM Marketing (2 years full time course) 2. All courses must be full-time and from recognized university. Distance course and part time course will not be considered ◾Experience : Minimum 20 years of relevant experience with independently heading business of one or more states for 3-5 years in capacity of Region /State / Zonal head. Apprenticeship / Training period will be excluded. ◾Skills : Excellent communication skills and networking; Influencing and negotiation skills Problem solving skills Interpersonal skills Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; Adaptability; Good teamwork skills; Innovative ideas Market Research Financial acumen Knowledge of relevant SAP modules Excellent customer service ◾Job Location The job location shall be anywhere in India. |
