(A) Production & Packing (OSD)
Roles:
- Production: Granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, capsule filling
- Packing: Bulk bottle/blister packing, Track & Trace, serialization
Qualification & Experience:
- M.Pharm/B.Pharm/Diploma/ITI with 2 to 8 years of experience
- Experience with machines like CVC, Servo, Countec, CAM, BQS, HONGA & UHLMANN

(B) Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Roles:
- QC (OSD): Handling instruments (HPLC, LCMS, GC-UV, dissolution apparatus, etc.), QMS activities, lab records
- QA (OSD/Derma): Area/equipment line clearance, validation processes, shop floor QMS compliance
Qualification & Experience:
- M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc. with 2 to 7 years of experience

Roles:
- Monitoring production processes, SOP & cGMP compliance
- Documentation (change control, deviations), troubleshooting
Qualification & Experience:
- M.Sc./B.E.-B.Tech (Chemical Engg.)/B.Sc. with 2 to 5 years of experience
- Must have handled equipment like reactor, centrifuge, blender, sifter, multi-mill
