| 1. Synthetic Medicinal Chemistry – Fresher Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry Experience: 0-1 year (Fresher) Positions: 2 Responsibilities: ◾ Assist in executing synthetic organic chemistry reactions under guidance ◾ Support multi-step synthesis and purification of small molecules ◾ Maintain lab notebooks and adhere to GMP standards Skills : ◾ Strong theoretical knowledge of organic chemistry ◾ Familiarity with basic lab techniques (e.g., TLC, column chromatography) ◾ Eagerness to learn and contribute to drug discovery projects |
| 2. Synthetic Medicinal Chemistry – Experienced Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry Experience: 2-5 years in R&D (CRO industry preferred) Positions: 2 Responsibilities : ◾ Design and execute multi-step synthesis of novel chemical entities (NCEs) ◾ Perform method development, purification, and characterization of compounds ◾ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for lead optimization and scale-up Skills : ◾ Hands-on experience in organic synthesis and analytical techniques (e.g., NMR, HPLC, LC-MS) ◾ Knowledge of structure-activity relationships (SAR) and lead optimization ◾ Proficiency in literature search and synthetic route planning |
