◾About 230 people work at the site in Ankleshwar (Gujarat). Spread across 33 acres, this site was acquired by Atul in 1988. It is the only zero liquid discharge manufacturing facility of para Cresol in the world. With dedicated facilities for continuous sulphonation, high temperature fusion, catalytic hydrogenation, oxidation, continuous fractionation and other chemical processes, a range of cresols, intermediates and aroma chemicals are manufactured. It is well equipped with water storage facilities, boilers, cooling towers, brine plants, air compressors, a nitrogen plant, a dedicated fire hydrant system, an effluent treatment plant, RO plant and multi-effect evaporator.
◾A residential colony with houses for employees and their families, a guesthouse and a community hall is located at a short distance from the manufacturing site.

◾ Vacancy 01 : Production (for shift operations)
◾Qualifications : BE | BTech
◾Specialisation: Chemical (experience in pharmaceutical intermediates, API and chemical industries is preferred
◾Experience: 1 – 3 years
◾Location: Atul, Valsad | Ambernath, Thane
◾Vacancy 02 : Production (for shift operations)
◾Qualification: MSc | Diploma
◾Specialisation: Chemistry | Industrial Chemistry | Organic Chemistry | Chemical (experience in pharmaceutical intermediates, API and chemical industries is preferred)
◾Experience: 2 – 7 years
◾Location: Atul, Valsad | Ambernath, Thane
◾Vacancy 03 : Engineering (Instrumentation Engineer)
◾Qualification: BE | BTech
◾Specialisation: Instrumentation and Control | Electronics and Instrumentation | Electronics and Communication (experience in DCS maintenance in pharmaceutical intermediates, API and chemical industries is preferred)
◾Experience: 4 – 6 years
◾Location: Atul, Valsad
