POSITION: Section Head – Safety CPVC
Function: Health, Safety and Environment
Department: – Safety
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring workplace safety, legal compliance, and environmental sustainability across operational plants and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
To implement risk mitigation strategies (JSA, HAZOP, HAZAN),
To select appropriate PPEs, conduct safety training, and manage emergency preparedness.
To oversee Process Safety Management (PSM) elements, incident investigations, and audits, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements like the Factories Act and GPCB norms.
To manage stakeholder coordination, maintain safety infrastructure, conduct mock drills, and support environmental initiatives such as ETP operations, waste management, and environmental clearances.
To actively contribute to safety culture through training, data analysis, and process improvements.
Education :
Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Post Diploma – Industrial Safety.
Location :Vilayat, Gujarat
Experience : 9-13 Years
